Notification Regarding Your Right to Apply

In accordance with item 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law"), as the data subject, you may apply to TEKSOY TOURISM ACCOMMODATION FOOD INVESTMENT IND. TRADE INC. to make the requests listed below:

  • Learning whether your personal data is processed,
  • Requesting information if your personal data has been processed,
  • Learning the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used appropriately for that purpose,
  • Knowing the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
  • Requesting correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed and notify third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
  • Requesting the deletion, destruction, or anonymization of your personal data if the reasons requiring their processing have disappeared, even if they have been processed in accordance with the law and other relevant laws, and notify third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
  • Objecting to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing your personal data exclusively through automated systems,
  • Demanding compensation for damages in case your personal data is processed unlawfully.

As the data subject, you can submit your application in person or by registered mail to the address "Alsancak Mahallesi 1479 Sokak No.15/25 Konak - İzmir" by appropriately filling in the information below and attaching documents verifying your identity, in accordance with Item 13 of the Personal Data Protection Law and Item 5 of the Regulation on Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Controller.Your application will be processed and finalized within the shortest time and at the latest within thirty (30) days from the date it reaches us, depending on the nature of the request.
